Natural smile

When creating dental restorations such as dental crowns and dentures, achieving a natural look is essential. The colour and shape of the teeth must match the shape of the face and skin tone to ensure a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing smile.

Teeth whitening

It's common for patients to notice tooth discoloration after completing orthodontic treatment and to seek teeth whitening.

In this case, whitening was performed after the orthodontic therapy was finished, following a thorough cleaning and polishing of the teeth. There were no fillings present in the front teeth.

The whitening procedure was done using Opalescence Boost gel, applied in two 20-minute sessions. No sensitivity was reported during or after the treatment.

The "after" photos show the condition one month following the whitening, with visibly brighter and aesthetically improved teeth.

Zirconia crowns

The patient requested an aesthetic treatment of the upper front teeth, with a minimally invasive approach that would avoid grinding down healthy teeth.

Due to significant abrasion and attrition, it was decided to place four zirconia-ceramic crowns on the front teeth.

The wear was caused by bruxism (teeth grinding) and other harmful habits.

Before placing the final zirconia-ceramic crowns, gum contouring was performed using a temporary bridge and laser therapy to achieve a more natural aesthetic result.

Zirconia crowns on implants

Due to the need to extract several teeth that had deteriorated beneath existing bridges, the old prosthetic work had to be removed and replaced with modern zirconia crowns.

In the posterior regions, the extracted teeth were replaced with dental implants.

Using multiple dental bridges, partially supported by natural teeth and partially by implants, we successfully restored both jaws.

No ceramic crowns were placed on healthy teeth, and the colour of the restorations was carefully matched to the shade of the patient's natural teeth to ensure aesthetic harmony.

Metal-free dental crowns

In the upper jaw, the front teeth were severely damaged by caries, while several teeth in the lateral region had to be extracted.

The carious lesions were treated, and dental implants were placed in the lateral region to replace the missing teeth.

Metal-free ceramic crowns were fitted onto the natural tooth stumps in the frontal area. In the lateral area, where greater strength is required, we placed ceramic crowns on zirconia bases.

The "after" photos show the condition of the prosthetic work six years post-treatment, with both function and aesthetics fully preserved.

Dental tartar removal

Due to a positive family history of periodontitis, professional dental calculus removal is performed regularly for preventive purposes.

Using an ultrasonic scaler, controlled removal of deposits above and below the gum line is carried out in order to reduce the risk of developing inflammatory changes.

Special attention is given to subgingival deposits, which in individuals with a genetic predisposition may lead to gingivitis and periodontal disease at an earlier stage. After calculus removal, the tooth surfaces are polished, including the margins of existing restorations, to reduce plaque retention.

The procedure is performed gently and without damaging the enamel, while maintaining gingival health and ensuring long-term preservation of periodontal health.

Tooth reconstruction with rirect composite veneers

The patient had pronounced enamel damage caused by long-term consumption of carbonated beverages and inadequate oral hygiene, resulting in demineralization, loss of the superficial enamel layer, compromised aesthetics, and increased tooth sensitivity.

Following a clinical examination and assessment of the remaining tooth structure, treatment was carried out using direct composite veneers, allowing restoration without extensive preparation of healthy tooth tissue and precise control of each treatment step.

The composite material was applied in layers, with individualized shaping of tooth morphology and color adjustment according to the existing condition, achieving functional and aesthetic stabilization while preserving the remaining enamel. The treatment was planned and performed based on the clinical findings, the condition of the hard dental tissues, and an assessment of long-term outcome stability.
